True. It had to be on the border. I’d slogged through most of the Texas side of the border for a contest a few months back, & recalled that birdseye extended quite a way into Juarez, so that was the first city I checked.
I’d guess somewhere in Mexico. Certainly not Palm Beach, FLA, that’s for sure.
