Last week’s contest was a particularly tough one, but wes.in.wa got it for his third win in a row. It was Genk, Belgium.
This week’s is related to a TV show or a movie, good luck!

Is that the public school where Welcome Back, Kotter took place?
Me thinks it has to do with the series of bodegas on the street across from the flagged building.
I thought it might be Harlem where perhaps the movie Barbershop was filmed.
@2
Yes, the building with the flag on it is irrelevant.
For some reason “3 Days of the Condor” came to mind, so I started searching the filming locations. One was merely Hoboken, NJ, and this was what popped up.
Hoboken, NJ
@6: Beautiful!
(Looking up film locations, etc, “The Jackal” came up .. and my mind went to “Condor” … but I quickly ignored myself and went on searching dead-ends.)
@6
That’s it! Although it wasn’t a movie I was referencing…that’s the location of a current TV show.
TV? That’d be Carlo’s Bakery, home of Cake Boss, in the middle of the block opposite City Hall.
@9
Yep, and I’m wondering if my wife is the only person who watches it. :)
Weird outcome, eh? It was just pure luck that Lee’s target shared the same block as a general search for Hoboken, and that my Condor search only turned up a reference to the city and not an exact address.
Hi Lee.
I’m blown away by this contest. I can’t imagine how people find the location shown in your image. Really, really awesome.
@12. Google is our friend. So’s Google Earth (but don’t tell Microsoft). And, after a while, it’s about seeing places that look like places you saw when you were doing another contest a few months ago. It’s also about guessing what kind of places would interest Lee.
@13. But don’t bother to ask me how my brain came up with Condor, a movie I haven’t seen in decades, just by looking at the contest photo. I haven’t a clue! Oh, and I’ve been boycotting the Google, so this one was all Bing.
