I find it ironic that the republican party has to kowtow to Rush. For decades they built him up, and now they have to dance to his tune.
In the story, GOP to Rush: Back Off, Gingrey is quoted as saying “it’s easy if you’re Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh or even sometimes Newt Gingrich to stand back and throw bricks.” This in response to Limbaughs caustic statments about newly elected President Obama.
But on Wednesday, Gingrey groveled before the Limbaugh.
“I apologize for putting my foot in my mouth like that,” he said. “Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Newt Gingrich, and other conservative giants are the voices of the conservative movement’s conscience. Everyday, millions and millions of Americans—myself included—turn on their radios and televisions to listen to what they have to say, and we are inspired by their words and by their determination,” Gingrey said.

In fact, since nobody even asked the banks to, they’ve provided no accounting of just what the hell they’re holding. Maybe they really don’t know.
What has been done with the bailout money, is that it’s been used by the banks to buy each other, so now we have a smaller number of even larger broke banks, run by the same incompetent, greedy schmucks who got us into this mess after the Bush administration gave them free reign to do whatever they wanted. I grew up in the projects with black kids who called constantly each other niggers. That does not make it OK for me to call a black man a nigger. If I follow Puddy’s reasoning, I guess it would be alright for me to do so. Or would it?
Puddy often wonders why libs don’t criticise lib leadership. He has a point. Likewise, I often wonder why Puddy won’t criticise right-wing leadership, especially on matters of race baiting. I believe I, too, have a point.

Stupes' own Stupidityspews:

We do all the time. Barack let us down on FISA and other matters. I’d like to believe he goes the centrist path because we progressives don’t really have his back. We’re not strong enough. Our movement is still somewhat nascent. So I believe most of our efforts should be at the grassroots building the movement so it’s truly a force to be reckoned with at the national level.
But then why should we go out of our way to tear down leadership? The right wing is already doing enough for them and us put together. I’d rather say fuck you to the right wing and quietly go about changing leadership for the better.

Steve, no you are not following Puddy’s reasoning.

When the vile progressive left tried to tie this on Limbaugh he went to libtard MSM and asked why does Ehrenstein get a pass? The libatrd MSM asked who is he? Rush then produced the comment. Most libtards shut up. It was the Soros supported web sites which re-run@42 sucks dry daily which have kept up the attack.
So Steve, if the vile progressive movement publicly takes Ehrenstein to the cleaners first then Puddy will have something to say about the CD. You HA progressive libtards love to cry fowl but turn away from the shit in your own back yard.

@40 To be more clear, a white man passed it out to other whites. It doesn’t matter the color of the man who wrote the song, my issue is with that way a white man capitalizes on it.

Rerun@42 Progressives – code word for Liberal Fascists.
Yes I know who supplied the CD. So what? You guys provided the Magic Negro comment and no one, no one has taken David Ehrenstein to the woodshed. Why is that name changing fool@42?
Puddybud, Hey it's the New Year... spews:
Steve, no you are not following Puddy’s reasoning.
Instead of first going after the creator of “Barack the Magic Negro”, you go after the one who uses it as a parody.
WeBentOverTheGOP spews:
Why would Puffybutt object to The Magic Negro song? Puffybutt is a full-fledged OREO. He’s a race traitor. He wants to pretend he’s a Caucasian – his self-loathing is just part of the reason he’s a republican. Pretty pathetic.

@ 17 someone blurted:
Not my statement. […]
Proves you don’t read.
No. It proves that I didn’t bother to follow the link you posted. Given that you often post links to comments by people like Sam Zell and completely dismiss the comments of people like Nouriel Roubini, there isn’t any compelling reason for anyone here to follow the links you post.
In any event, do you disagree with the premise of the question you posted? Or, do you simply not understand the subject of the discussion?

Deflect, deflect, deflect from the racist Saltsman.
Excuse me, the racist REPUBLICAN Saltsman.
Silly Stupes has his “conditions” just like that bullshit tally he kept on HL.
Fuck that. Here’s another one for your silly tallies:

I don’t see much wrong with the Ehrenstein piece. You call him “vile”. He was being skeptical of Obama and his being embraced by white society just like you and others like Shelby Steele. HOW IT WAS USED IS ANOTHER MATTER. That’s my issue.
FACE IT MORON. The Ehrenstein piece was used by right wing race baiters to make fun of black leaders.
You give a pass to Limbaugh and Saltsman making white people laugh at Hispanics and Black people. To help them laugh away their “fears” and hold up their racisim. You are one sad schmuck.
Puddybud, Hey it's the New Year... spews:
Moron@47:
Remember:
-Al Gore brought us the furlough program which let Willie Horton loose
-Monica Lewinsky brought us Bartholin Gland flavored cigars
-David Ehrenstein brought us Barack The Magic Negro
-Joe Biden brought us “You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.”
-Joe Biden brought us “I mean, you got the first mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.” – What Joe, the rest of us aren’t?
Obama Campaign said: “McCain can’t email” McCain actually said: “I don’t email” One verb connotes inability; the other verb connotes inaction. Yet it was never retracted.
So when our side takes what your side says and plays it back in a commentary it’s: “OH MY GOD did you HEAR that?”
Yet your side gives it a pass, all the time!
You are a real fool name morphing rerun!
Stupes' own Stupidity spews:
LMAO @ the FOOL @ 48!
The Al Gore stuff is sheer stupid.
Yeah people having sex do all kinds of weird stuff.
Ehrenstein’s piece was directed more at white society than at Barack. Did he then write a stupid song, pointing the fingers, making fun of Sharpton and Obama and had it broadcast on the Limbaugh show? How funny! Look how the black folk do! Let’s all us white folk laugh at them like they was Amos and Andy! They getting too uppity!
Joe Biden puts his foot in his mouth. Yeah that’s real news.
And the McSame campaign didn’t say any nasty shit? That’s what the silly season’s all about moron.
Did any of them pass out FREAKING CD’S for posterity making fun of hispanics and blacks?
Your party is full of total absolute losers. They WERE REJECTED last November and it’s hardly any wonder why. Congratulations dead-ender.
By the way, nice try to deflect from Saltsman – you failed again.
Mike Steele for RNC chair? Oh that’s going to be fun. Your ugly party is so desperate it’s too pathetic.
Puddybud, Hey it's the New Year... spews:
Excuses excuses excuses.
The name of rerun the Name Changing HA fool.
You have a problem with Mike Steele?
Deflection, not at all. You on the other hand have that fetish for left wing crap. You excuse it as stated in your puke in #49.
Figgers!
