Went to U. of Washington because it was what I could afford, and also because I applied to two Ivies (Stanford and Yale) but it was difficult to jump through their hoops from an anthill in Vietnam, so I went with the admission offer I had in hand.
The Yale admission process was interesting. You’d assume admissions experts working for an elite university would know what an “APO San Francisco” address was after several years of U.S. military involvement in Vietnam, but they didn’t. Maybe the problem was the students they were recruiting were smart enough to get out of the mud, dirt, and blood of an unpopular and pointless war against evil but harmless communists, and it never occurred to them that anybody with my brains (plainly evident from my grades, LSAT score, and other professor recommendations) might volunteer for to be in the shit because it was, like, a patriotic thing to do and other people were doing it and I didn’t want to be better than them. Part of their process was an interview with an alumnus. So they scheduled one for me with a Yale-educated lawyer with a law firm in, you guessed it, San Francisco. When I wrote back to them and explained that “APO San Francisco” meant “foxhole in Vietnam,” after prolonged deliberation they responded, “Oh, okay, we’ll skip the interview.”

A request for an absentee ballot delivered to a non-residential address is fraud. Furthermore, if the address is not the legal domicile of the voter requesting the absentee ballot then that is another act of fraud.
And of course, we are all very very well aware of the deep abiding concerns surrounding the handling of ballots by third parties. But in particular, an individual or group collecting multiple absentee ballots from one location where they have been delivered through an act of fraud, and then gathering them in another location far away to be filled out and returned is a classic instance of ballot harvesting according to Every Republican You Know.
Also, BTW, court records show lawyers working on behalf of Mr. and Mrs Trump asserting in a Florida state court earlier this year that the address to which the absentee ballots were delivered is not the couple’s legal domicile address.

Lawyers representing Mr. and Mrs Trump filed documents in a Florida court in early 2020 attesting that the couple’s legal domicile residence was in New York state.
Also worth noting is that there remain discrepancies in Mrs. Trump’s original application for a US visa that include apparent false statements. Under USCIS rules she should be removed until a hearing can be scheduled. If her application for citizenship were preceded by any previous fraudulent filings with USCIS, then her citizenship is invalid and she would have to re-apply with the relevant information including disclosures included and considered in the record.
So she’s almost certainly ineligible to vote. And having signed both a registration to vote in Florida and an application for an absentee ballot she’d be subject to criminal prosecution followed by immediate deportation.
