It certainly appears that Greenberg was actively involved in procuring very young girls and boys via the internet for his friends and then attempting to use that as leverage. It’s likely that Gaetz got caught up in this.
It’s possible that Gaetz was not aware that these young girls were still in high school at the time he was flying them across state lines in order to have sexual intercourse with them.
And it may even be that Greenberg is offering up Gaetz to the feds as a way of gaining some leniency from the FBI and the DOJ.
