    Oh. The EV SUV I’m currently leasing offers 281 miles of range (AWD). With one-pedal driving and no freeways on Whidbey I’m getting in the 300-305 mile range, extrapolated (seems accurate during the rare instances in which I run the charge down into the 10% range). Compared with what consumers expect the VW bus EV is an expensive and useless toy.

    Most of the pick ups sold are RWD with a heavy front engine. The Buzz’s engine is over the rear axle. The weight distribution makes it better to get up Capitol Hill than a base F-150.
