– Seattle has some pretty good projects, the street cars, the light rail, bike lanes on the waterfront. But they all need to do a better job connecting so that it’s a proper network.
– Glad Nick Brown is on it, but man the Department of Homeland Security under the Trump Administration just taking health data is so awful.
– Spokane banning ICE warrantless on government property seems like so little in the face of what ICE is doing and also a good step.
– Mid 70’s today and through the long weekend, Seattle has lucked out.
– Hey, hey. Write or call your legislator or member of Congress.
Tesla Q2 vehicle deliveries are down 14%, QoS McHillbilly wants me to admit. So, sure. They’re down.
How’s the market taking the news? Pretty well:
Up arrow, indeed.
So, let’s say that’s the cost of going Trump.
What, then, is the cost of going woke?
Just ask Jaguar, which decided to outdo Dylan Mulvaney in Full Metal Tranny:
The result was a 97.5% sales decline in Europe.
97.5% of Jaguar’s former target audience decided they like it when naked women make their penis hard, and they have no use for chicks with dicks, or men who have had theirs surgically removed.
Stupidity should be painful. Proving this, Jaguar will never recover from going woke.
Somebody thought this ad would help Jaguar sell luxury vehicles.
Too many people running the DNC last Fall thought that pandering to the same kind of people would keep Donald Trump out of the White House.
Rivian’s Q2 was worse than Tesla’s.
QoS McHillbilly wants you to know that a model refresh is behind this decline. He also wants you to know that a model refresh forthcoming at Tesla has nothing to do with Tesla’s comp sales decline.
Republicans steal from children.

Doc is up early parading his penis obsession today. I understand when he applied for an obstetrics residency it came back with a big red “NO” stamped on it. Same with pediatrics. They weren’t about to let him be alone with women or children.
@ 4
The Trump administration is withholding more than $6 billion in federal money …
I don’t blame the administration.
Virginia is the 12th largest state with 8.8 million residents. Virginia spends $591,781 on migrant education.
Washington is the 13th largest state with 7.95 million residents.
Washington spends $37,992,820 on migrant education.
[These figures are from a link in the AP piece which was linked to in the piece Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit did not read before spewing.]
So here’s my question: Shouldn’t the federal government, before doling out all of that money, try to learn why Washingon state spends nearly 100x per capita what Virginia spends on migrant education? Because Randi Weingarten is heap big mad about the loss of that money, meaning it sure wasn’t allocated to help students. It was allocated to enrich teachers.
This is why the voters preferred Donald Trump.
@6 Shouldn’t migrant workers whose low-wage field labor provides you with inexpensive food get the public services they pay taxes for? Or are you comfortable with ripping them off? Yeah, you are, you’re a thieving Republican who has no shame.
@ 7
Shouldn’t migrant workers whose cheap field labor provides you with inexpensive food get the public services they pay taxes for?
Not if it’s not codified, no.
@ 6-8
Migrants hold 17.1% of Virginia’s jobs, and 20% of Washington state’s jobs.
Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit, why should the federal migrant education funding be nearly 100x per capita different between these states?
The migrant job differences justify roughly 1.25x or 1.3x more, per capita, to WA than to VA. So why nearly 100x more?
The dumbfuck options gambler is all excited and worked up about Tesla recovering $13 of yesterday’s $17 nosedive. The stock is now down only $45 over the last month.
@9 Why? Because you’re lying. Those figures are amounts withheld, not amounts allocated.
So the question is, why was 100x as much withheld from Washington (Democratic governor) than from Virginia (Republican governor)?
@ 10
The key word in your spew is options, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit.
Volatility = profitability when options are traded. Each and every time people like QoS McHillbilly amplify a news item about TSLA the shares become more volatile and the market whipsaws them.
This drives up options premium prices and increases the gains from naked option sales. The reward is not without risk, certainly, but much of the volatility is politically driven. Discard that, use good judgement, and you get to sell naked calls for more than $90 a contract when the shares spike.
Free money, courtesy of the shrill QoS McHillbilly. Why shouldn’t I take advantage of his whining?
In about two months since QoS McHillbilly started spewing about The Tesla Takedown, shares have risen $80 bucks each.
@8 It’s codified.

@8 It’s codified.

@12 And you’re on the lucky side the trade, right? I’ll concede that even you can get lucky on a dice roll. But anyone viewing a chart of Tesla’s stock price gyrations will immediately see that trading Tesla options is pure gambling.
Get a load of the dumbfuck who bet Tesla stock would go up doing a happy dance because it’s down only $33.85 over the last 10 days.
@1&2
You were aware that jaguar discontinued almost its entire line in favor of an all electric fleet, and their ultra luxury sedan? And that they stopped producing cars altogether at the end of 2024 in order to rebrand as this new all electric company with product that has not yet been released?
Of course, not you just saw headline on IBD times and immediately took it at face value good job.
Will the strategy work? No one knows but hundreds of millions of dollars of shareholder value is still under the impression that it will. Jaguar Land Rover is a subsidiary of India’s Tata. +4 (.58%) on the day.
What is it about that ad that makes your dick hard? Is it coded because it’s shot on a pink background?
The ad is seven months old and Jaguar with steep discounts on now discontinued models had well over previous years sales in Jan/Feb (+35% 2/25 over 24). So people scooped up discount jaguars and then suddenly noticed a seven year-old ad and said oh well now that they’ve sold nearly all their cars we’re gonna stop buying them.
Stock expert strikes again.
@ 15
But anyone viewing a chart of Tesla’s stock price gyrations will immediately see that trading Tesla options is pure gambling.
No, it’s not.
Say you hold 100 shares of TSLA at $315, you’ve held them since purchase at $150, and you have a different use for the equity in the shares coming up, like a new car or a hot tub or a jewelry purchase for Valentines Day. You might sell a covered call with a strike price of, say, $350, which would give you a $200 gain on the share purchase, expiring in January. For the premium you collect for the option sale you agree to forego any appreciation of the shares above $350 during the contract period, should the shares be called away from you.
Right now, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit, someone will purchase that covered call from you at $41.65/share, which puts $4,165 in your pocket for a 100 share contract, right now, in exchange for your agreement. Your only “risk” is that the value of the shares declines between now and the expiration date. But that price drop would have to exceed $41.65/share for you to lose money.
That’s not gambling, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit, because merely by continuing to hold the shares, even without an options contract, you incur the same risk of loss.
Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit, you see options trading as gambling because you misunderstand many of the reasons for options trading. Alaska Airlines does it to smooth out the price of jet fuel. Conagra does it to smooth out the price of feed. Farmers do it to lock in a price of seed next Spring and to lock in a gain from harvest in the Fall.
Stick with utilities stocks, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit. Your family cannot afford your investment ignorance. It does provide great entertainment value in these parts, tho.
@ 16
… happy dance because it’s down only $33.85 over the last 10 days.
Any dancing is because the options contracts I sold are 10 days closer to expiration. Mid-July and mid-August.
Options prices contract quickly as they approach the date of worthlessness.
@ 13, 14
The fact that WA state codifies education support does not obligate the federal government to fund everything WA legislators want the state to cover, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit.
You’re a rather unique form of stupid.
Scott Adams is suffering from advanced-stage cancer.
I’m going to miss this guy.
@ 19
Options prices contract quickly as they approach the date of worthlessness.
Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit’s usefulness reached worthlessness late in the last millenium.
@18 “that price drop would have to exceed $41.65/share for you to lose money”
And that can’t happen? Back in February, when the DOGE b.s. started, TSLA dropped $69.76 in 4 days. More recently, within the last 10 days, TSLA dropped $47.97 in 6 trading days.
It’s gambling because you can’t predict what TSLA will do within the options period, that stock is all over the map, so you’re throwing darts.
You’re not “smoothing out” anything. You’re not an airline or agribusiness, and Teslas aren’t jet fuel or feed. You’re rolling dice on TSLA’s future stock price, period.
@ 23
…that stock is all over the map…
That’s an argument against owning the shares, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit, which is entirely different from an argument against trading the options.
You further demonstrate your ignorance by misunderstanding the difference. Thank you for restating @ 18 my point
in your own words.
@20 Which has nothing to do with the fact Trump is withholding education funds Congress did allocate to Washington.
Who runs the show here, dumbfuck? According to the Constitution, Congress decides whether to give money to the states for education and other purposes, and how much.
Impoundment of congressionally appropriated funds is effectively a line-item veto. The president doesn’t have a line-item veto.
Bryan Kohberger pleaded guilty Wednesday to killing four University of Idaho students at an off-campus house in 2022, as part of a deal to avoid the possibility of the death penalty.
Asked to comment, teh kreepee dumbfuck of widbee babbled, ‘He’s going to be deported amririte? Ooops skin color too pale, nevermind. May my aryan brothers “protect” his ass in prison.’
@22 I’m not useful. Like you, my fellow capitalist, I sit on my ass all day posting on HA and making more money while doing nothing and producing nothing than we ever made from productive work. What’s more, we get tax breaks the workers whose labor we extract our profits from don’t get.
The one thing you and I have in common is we’re both leeches sucking blood from the economic system and paying little or no taxes for the public services that defend and protect the system.

Clearly, God does not want the big billionaire blowjob to pass.
At least one procedural vote has failed in the house today as Republican house members are unable to get to the chamber due to weather issues. As of now, they simply don’t have enough members in attendance to get anything done.
I mean, it’s patently obvious. You can’t have school lunches or quality affordable hair healthcare because ICE needs three times as much money as the US Marines.
Did you see the beautiful concentration camp they built in Florida? It’s a marvel for everyone to see got it done in a week. Yeah it’s got showers. Why do you ask?
@24 The argument against trading the options is you have no way of knowing which way the stock price will go within the confined time period of the options contract.
You own a stock because, based on your knowledge of the business and your study of sales and earnings trends, you can make a rough estimate of future returns, which of course may be wrong, which is why you diversify your holdings. And if a stock goes underwater, you can hold it until it recovers.
If you do your homework, you can end up with a portfolio like mine, where of 36 stocks only 4 are losing money, 2 of them less than $200, and profits outnumber losses 76 to 1.
Trading options on a volatile stock like TSLA is a dice roll. If a stock is sure to go up, you can’t place a bet on it going up, because no one will take the other side of the trade. A free market balances risk and reward, and the house takes a cut off the top. And because options traders trade far more frequently than shareholders, they pay a lot more to the house.
@30 lmao.. dumbfuck was a little triggered yesterday at the mention of jimmeh swaggart..
Was it cuz’ its own unserious unintelligent babbling said that no more ss check for jimmeh benefits my two sons?

@24 I don’t own any utility stocks. I avoid them like the plaque. Regulated utilities are bond proxies, and today’s yields make them unattractive as income vehicles. Utilities are fraught with risks, from wildfire liabilities, to writeoffs of failed nuclear projects, to decommissioning costs of old facilities.
My best stock is Starbucks, which I’ve owned for 29 years, and over that time it has averaged a 336% annual return. Nvidia, which I’ve owned a little over 2 months, so far is producing a 120% annualized return. Several stocks I’ve owned for years produce an average annual return in the high double digits. Because I did my fucking homework and didn’t throw darts at a stock price chart.
