If nothing else that final round will further exemplify for those paying attention how corrupt the SCOTUS has become under the immensely weak and incompetent Roberts. And it will force that very court to create its own counterpoint to any immunity shield they may be preparing for Trump The Rapist.
Biden stands an excellent chance of winning at trial and certainly will be no worse off then if the SC had simply gone ahead with the diversion agreement. The check-box charges may not be constitutional. It’s a offense that millions of American gun owners have engaged in and never faced investigation, much less indictment. And I’m not aware of any non-terrorist ever being sent to jail for that check-box violation. So the point of these charges and this prosecution from the beginning was to create a campaign issue. I wonder if that court would extend this “right” to discriminating against black employees? I’m pretty sure they’ve already ruled that Catholics can’t do that. It’s a nonissue anyway, because their religion only hates gays, not black people.
But I have this question: What makes discriminating against gays different from discriminating against black people? The court’s answer seems to be that Catholics can be assholes as long as their motivation is their religious “values.”

Although once retired, they are towed to South Campus to await disposal. South Campus is 4 separate facilities, the main facility, Interim Base, the Trailer Park(an offsite facility on Norfolk Street, south of the runway at Boeing Field, used for new driver training) and the Boneyard.
Rt60, a crosstown route that begins on Capitol Hill, then goes to First Hill, Beacon Hill, Georgetown before ending in White Center, was a route in her old district, uses Orion VIIs, made by a company no longer around. Will probably be replaced by New Flyer XDE40s and Gillig Advantage Hybrids when the next Electrics are delivered to South and East Campus. Under some of the newer trolleybus technologies being deployed elsewhere in the world, Rt60 could be a trolleybus route. I remember Tgere used to be wire on the 9th Ave portion of the route, Broadway is wired, so is 12th Ace S into Beacon Hill.
Seems Metro has more crosstown routes in the city than Seattle Transit ever did. Took pressure from activists to get Seattle Transit to do Rt48, a route that allowed people in the Central District to get around on 23rd without going downtown first. The old streetcar system better served that part of the CD than Seattle Transit did for most of its existence. The 48 .is one of Metro’s best performaners in the city.

At this point I can only assume that it was the intention of the defense to allow in the Rule 404 testimony to provide a basis for a later appeal.
I don’t know how a defendant feels comfortable watching his own lawyers concede the conviction.
