The Salvation Army, like St. Jude’s, is one of the charities I make contributions to, but I don’t particularly share their religious beliefs. My grandfather liked the Salvation Army, so I give to them in his memory. My grandfather was a very colorful character, and I wish I could talk to him again, but he’s been gone almost 50 years.
