  3. How do we submit answers to the “somewhere on earth” contests? I was going to submit the Euclid & 18th answer too, but couldn’t figure out how to do it. So I clicked on the comment and saw that someone else beat me to it. Is that how we do it?

  4. I don’t understand how people get these. This one was easy and I figured it would be solved already so I tried to solve it on my own without checking the comments first where I would see the answer, and I see I was correct, but generally I have no idea.

It may be hard to believe from the vile nature of the threads, but yes, we have a commenting policy. Comments containing libel, copyright violations, spam, blatant sock puppetry, and deliberate off-topic trolling are all strictly prohibited, and may be deleted on an entirely arbitrary, sporadic, and selective basis. And repeat offenders may be banned! This is my blog. Life isn’t fair.
