I’ll be on KOMO 1000’s The Commentators this morning near the top of the 11AM hour, talking about yesterday’s PDC meeting on “internet lobbying,” and whether reporting regulations should be extended to bloggers like me.
Um… hate to disappoint you, but I don’t expect the PDC to attempt to regulate bloggers like me.

If bloggers are covered under the rules, then Kirby Wilbur and John Carlson got a free ride with their “media coverage” on KVI a while back. But that must be the “that’s different” rule.
I’ve complained plenty about things Gregoire has or has not done. Elections are choice between between the candidates we have, not necessarily the candidates we’d prefer. And Gregoire was by far the better choice over Rossi.

Hey if the PDC wants to consider what Blethen does on the editorial page of his fishwrapper “lobbying” then sure include the blogs, otherwise they need to STFU.
Troll spews:
Didn’t Gregoire appoint 4 out of the 5 PDC commission members?
Seems to me, you’re getting what you asked for.
Now stop your whining.

But if they did attempt to regulate bloggers, wouldn’t it be hard for you to complain, seeing how 4 out of the 5 PDC appointments are Gregoire’s?
