Hmm, it’s really starting to look like the State of Arkansas has scratched the surface on a possible adoption fraud and pedophile ring. It’s certainly starting to look like a major fraud on Rep. Harris’ part at least, although I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised it was something more.
For years, this guy has pulled in $875,000.00 or thereabouts in State support of his “Christian” foster care/preschool operation. Now, it’s coming out that the preschool in question had multiple video cameras installed around the school area, and the individual who was given the two little girls in question here, may have been caught on vid, molesting or even raping some of the kids in that preschool. He was abruptly fired a few weeks before he was allowed to take the girls in as a “rehome” from their official adoption by Republican Rep. Justin Harris of West Fork, Arkansas. This is apparently legal in Arkansas.
Representative Harris and his wife had adopted those two girls, somehow only a couple of months after taking them in as Foster kids, while rejecting their older sister, and only kept them for a few months before handing them over to the Rapist.
They never once contacted Arkansas Child Protective Services regarding their apparent “concerns” about the girls before turning them over to be raped by that guy. Rep, Harris of course, was keeping the money he was receiving from the State and Social Security for adopting those girls, and he never informed the State that he had voluntarily re-homed the girls, much less with a known pedophile who had been convicted of Indecent Liberties in another State. That man raped the older girl, age six, multiple times over several months before himself turning the girls over to still another family who apparently still has them in their care. That family are the people who finally called the Arkansas Child Welfare Agency when they developed concerns about the little girl’s behavior.
I’ll betcha, I just betcha that they caught that guy molesting children in their preschool, maybe even on camera, fired him for it, and then handed over the little girls to him when the paperwork on their State support accounts for them was finalized and they started getting the money. They didn’t give a damn about the little girls, they wanted those fat stax of sweet, sweet, Government lucre.
Then the guy, as a State Representative, has introduced a bill to the Legislature to remove the requirements for regular inspections of child care centers that are operated by churches, and also to eliminate the requirement for fire sprinklers in such facilities.
If this particular turd doesn’t stink to high heaven, none of them do. I wonder who else has gotten their palms greased here.

Lets take a gander at what a “City” really is. A City is a large grouping of a combination of housing, industrial areas, retail and entertainment areas. It is also a legal entity that has government jurisdiction over a limited area that is defined within a set boundary. This means everything a City Government is presumed to deal with.
Thats basic, generally speaking.
It means having:
A Mayor
The Mayor’s staff.
A Police Chief
The Police Chief’s staff
Police Officers
Police cars
Other ancillary Police equipment
A Fire Chief
The Fire Department staff
Firefighters
Fire trucks
Other ancillary firefighting equipment
A city maintenance department that supports roads and sewers and streetlights and shit like that.
A City Library
A school system
The school system staff
Teachers
With that in mind, realize that Ferguson Mo. is only about two square miles. How the fuck do they expect to pay for all that when the “City” is so goddamn small?
Oh, right. Harvest all that minimum wage and unemployment cash from the residents that can be harvested, and then invest the city’s money in a private, for-profit prison, that is paid for at the State level with Federal support.
