@148 Not all speech is protected by the First Amendment, and in some cases hate speech can be prosecuted as a hate crime, but hateful speech is more likely to be prosecutable if it involves a physical threat and/or targets a specific individual. Prosecuting this case may be problematical because there was no physical threat made, and the intent required for a hate crime may be lacking. The defendant claims they were friends and it was a joke. If that’s true, and the “friend” didn’t take offense, I think the charges will be dropped.
Anyone with a shred of common sense can see that Trump knew he was up to no good. A president conducting a legitimate foreign policy doesn’t sneak behind normal diplomatic channels, hide records, or tell witnesses to keep their mouths shut. But Doctor Dumbfuck doesn’t see it because he has no sense, common or otherwise; there’s nothing inside his skull except mush.
