Is Lisa Brown running for Congress again? I only see her on Twitter. So maybe I am missing something. Still, her Tweets are very much against McMorris Rodgers. I don’t know the district well enough to know if there’s someone else who might run next time, but I like Lisa.

    Brown, and Real America, would be better served if she focused on redistricting ahead of 2022. It’s pretty easy to see how those two big empty klownsurvaturd districts in eastern WA could be flipped both politically and geographically.

    @2 As I’ve said previously, Washington should be divided horizontally, not vertically, when congressional districts are drawn up, e.g. Seattle and Spokane would be in the same district. Much neater map this way.

    I’d be very cautious in accepting the un-sworn declarations of any private utility concerning equipment failures that resulted in 85 deaths and destroyed 10,000 structures.

    I’d like to see more than a letter to the CPUC reporting a broken fastener and a flash mark on a pole from one unidentified employee, and “bullets and bullet holes” in another pole at another location. These inspectors and supervisors all know the significant liability involved in these utility operations in forested lands, especially in the midst of a major wild fire. It’s certainly reasonable that these declarations in regulatory filings are preliminary and incomplete. But it’s also reasonable that any evidence of the kind of foul play being alleged in these filings would have been preserved for independent analysis. We should not take PG&E’s word for it.

    Republican House leader McCarthy announced today that he has no plans to propose any stop-gap CR legislation or otherwise to do anything at all to prevent a defunding of the federal government next Friday. McCarthy insists he and his caucus will not even read any legislative proposals from minority Democrats, while his majority party lets the clock run out. House Republicans instead are insisting that they will only begin to take any action once they have assurances from Senate Majority Leader McConnell that his chamber is prepared to pass a CR.

    McConnell meanwhile has said he won’t do anything without the prior approval of his Big Daddy, President RageDiaper. And Republican President RageDiaper has vowed to reject any funding legislation that does not also promise to pay for his pet spending projects like the giant orange border monument and Space Patrol.

    This is the current status of the klownsurvaturd revolution a little less than 24 months into their triumphant victory. Two Republican controlled branches of the government paralyzed with racist stupidity promising to defund everything and go home for the holidays to choke fap themselves into a stupor watching Bigfoot porn.

Perhaps a few more details may become public if/when Weiselman enters a plea. Next are all the details yet to come out from the AMI/Pecker agreement. But more than any of that, there remain the public records of the dozens of shell companies created all with individual 1’s approval, the structuring of payments, and the terms of the individual NDAs.

    Almost none of that can be explained by a “private business transaction” unrelated to the election. Both Cohen and Pecker are sworn that the entire payment apparatus was created to influence the election. And they have the receipts. All individual 1 has is a Twitter account and a Senate filled with stooges.
