Look at the numbers. And then contemplate the shenanigans that fuckwad has engaged in over the years to hide money/spending from his supporters, employees, accountants, and financial backers.
Now ask yourself, what are the realistic chances that this guy has absolutely no bank/financial fraud in his files?
Something as simple as failing to disclose on an application or agreement. Claiming investment property as owner occupied. Overstating net earnings. A silent second. etc.

And not very well designed fraud, at that.
He stands to go inside for a while over this shit. A couple of years in Clallam Bay will reduce that pussy to a puddle of goo. When he comes out in 2026 at age 61 with most of his teeth knocked out he’ll be penniless and his only “friends” will be the white pride bikers he serviced while inside. Still four years away from Medicare with no prospect of employment and a raging case of hep-C will make his chances for survival on the outside fairly poor.

Speaking of stupid cops, a grand jury has indicted the stupid cop who shot a black guy in his own apartment for manslaughter. The family wanted second-degree murder charges, which I think are entirely appropriate, but manslaughter is good enough as long as she gets the 20-year max if convicted. That’s what Ray Killen got for each of the three civil rights workers he manslaughtered in 1964, to be served consecutively, although he served only 12 1/2 years of the first sentence before dying in prison. Twenty years, in some respects, isn’t enough for taking an innocent life, but it’s a lot of time and it’ll have to do in this case; subject, of course, to the presumption of innocence and right to a fair trial. But we don’t need no jury verdict to call her a “stupid cop” on this blog. That’s free speech and constitutionally protected political opinion.

Even large self-insured municipal entities like these still need underwriting for liability. And these multi-agency mutual support/enforcement agreements often depend on underlying indemnity agreements between the agencies. Fuck up enough and you get moved into high risk underwriting pools with sky high premiums and you lose the indemnity agreements. That means those taxpayers pay more and more for less and less over time. Sound familiar? That’s part of why NYPD starting pay is about $42k. Think about that the next time you get involved with one of them. A violently inclined community college dropout strapped with a semi-auto, taser, and a trunk full of stun grenades. And he probably hasn’t slept because he works two jobs.

Meanwhile, in North Carolina, the state elections board has decided not to certify a House election apparently won by the GOP pending an investigation of unspecified irregularities in two counties with exceptionally high rates of unreturned mail-in ballots.
In one of those counties, the GOP candidate received 96% of the mail-in vote in the May GOP primary, which he attributed to support from local religious leaders. In the November election, it was the only county in the state where the Democrats didn’t win the mail-in vote.
According to affidavits submitted by the Democratic Party, county residents said “an unidentified woman came to their homes, telling each of them she was supposed to collect absentee ballots in the area,” and took their ballots.
The state election board could order a new election.
