Bill Cosby, in a legal deposition, admitted to drugging a woman in order to to have sex with her. Only the statute of limitations keeps him out of prison as a result of that FACT.
Okay, it is possible that all of the other women who say Cosby did the exact same thing are lying or mistaken but Cosby, by his own admission did it to at least one woman. Piddles says we should believe Cosby only did it that once. Good enough for Piddles.
There’s flimsier evidence that some guy named Jesus ever existed and yet Piddles is totally on-board with that. Forgive me for saying Piddles powers of observable evidence are lacking.

Perhaps one solution is to allow or provide tactical nuclear weapons to each member of NATO. While Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania allowed some weapons to return to Russia it should be remembered the Ukraine after the fall of the Soviet Union was the worlds third largest nuclear power, only some promises by the United States guaranteeing protection enabled Russia to get all (?) of it’s weapons back. What would Putin be doing if Ukraine had nuclear weapons of it’s own and the means of delivering tactical or strategic weapons.

Excellent point Mark Adams considering that assurance above was agreed to December 5, 1994 under the Clinton sadministration and all hell broke loose in Ukraine under Obummer! Even after the Russian military annexation of Crimea in March 2014, in violation of the December 1994 Budapest Memorandum on sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine which signed by Russia, Ukraine chose to stay non-nuclear. Then the overrun of Eastern Ukraine happened under Obummer’s sadministration and still Ukraine chose to stay non-nuclear. In fact my church buddy from the Ukraine brought over his wife’s Eastern Ukraine family to live here in the NorthWest two months ago because of Obummer and NATO’s lack of action!

@32 I don’t know if any Republican President would be doing anything much different from what Obama is doing. It’s not likely any of them would do what Jack Ryan (Tom Clancy’s fictional President) and actually put US forces into the Ukraine and take out the Russian forces in support of the treaty and Ukraine’s sovereignty and also put the appropriate balancing forces in Estonia. Militarily it’s not too hard to counter Russia, political will on the left or right is fickle. While Russia still has C grade troops they do have A grade troops and are not the B grade or C grade militaries we have fought in our past few wars.
The Turks have probably made a good call in splashing the Russian plane as it puts Putin on notice. The Russians know the Turks will splash a second plane if that is what it takes.
