    Excellent reason for all bicycles to be equipped with speedometers so the riders know what speed they’re going and be equipped with license plates that allow bystanders not in shock to be able to track down the cyclist. Bicycles going faster than their vision allows for a safe stopping distance are obviously going too fast for conditions.
