Recently, Iranian Prexy Mahmoud Ahmadipwad was quoted on his reactions to this week’s Annapolis Mid-East peace conference. Some of his remarks included:
“The U.S.-hosted Mideast peace conference was a ‘failure’ and that Israel is doomed to ‘collapse,’ lashing out at the Annapolis meeting that is widely seen as isolating Iran.”
“‘It is impossible that the Zionist regime will survive. Collapse is in the nature of this regime because it has been created on aggression, lying, oppression and crime,'” Ahmadinejad said after a Cabinet meeting, according to state-run television.”
“‘Soon, even the most politically doltish individuals will understand that this conference was a failure from the beginning,'” he said in comments reported by the official IRNA news agency.”
“‘Many such meetings have been held but have failed,’ he said. ‘If decision is made about Palestine, representatives of the elected Palestinian government and resistance should be there and the rights of the Palestinian people—self-determination, the right of voting and return of refugees—must be recognized,’ he said.”
“Ahmadinejad has raised controversy in the West with past predictions of Israel’s eventual destruction, including a comment saying it should be ‘wiped off’ or ‘disappear’ from the map—and even critics at home said his inflammatory speeches were needlessly provoking the West against Iran. ”

What fascinated me about Ahmahitlerwannabe’s comments were how much the tone and nature of them matched a lot of HA Happy Hooligan spew. Whether about the Bush Administration, local politics or whatever, I’m left to wonder whether many of the Hooligang and Ahmaonemanadmirationsociety didn’t but what attend the same schools or something. Could it be?
Really curious, however, that Rabbit and Ahmaneverwearawellfittingsuit sound suspiciously similar in their rhetoric and have never been seen together. Is Rabbit Bruce Wayne to AhmagonnagetmyheadhandedtomeifIkeepthiscrapup’s Butt Man?
It’s now up to Rabbit to establish his bona fides by coming clean as to his true ID and whereabouts at times and places at issue.

The DoD is reporting a new death previously unreported by CENTCOM. Marine Corporal Allen Roberts died in a vehicle accident near Al Asad, Iraq on Wednesday, November 28th. No other details were released.
The DoD is reporting a new death previously unreported by CENTCOM. Sgt. 1st Class John J. Tobiason died in an undisclosed incident that is currently under investigation on Wednesday, November 28th. The military has released no further details on his death. According to the Hays Daily News his sister said he had stepped outside of a tent and that shots were fired. She said expected a final report on his death to be issued in a day or two.
The Greenwich Times is reporting the death of a soldier previously unreported by CENTCOM. U.S. Army Ranger Gabrielle Costello died in action in Iraq on Sunday, November 25th.
The Danish Ministry of Defense is reporting the deaths of two Danish ISAF soldiers in a hostile fire attack in the Upper Gereshk Valley, Helmand Province, Afghanistan on Thursday, November 29th. No other details were released.
Now with news of this “success”, can our troops come home from the meat grinder and can my kids and grand kids start paying off this 2 trillion dollar plus disaster?

The rampant corruption, the ineptness and incompetentance of the Bush administration (and unqualified political hacks in Justice and in Iraq) have screwed us up in a myriad of ways. Just look who they sent to Iraq under Bremer and we can readily see how we actually promoted the insurgency by oulawing the army, testing out right-wing philosophy and not hiring Iraqis to actually work to rebuild their own country. No- katrina was symptomatic of inept leadership at the top that has caused the problems in the FDA, chinese imports, Iraq and justice. Incompetence and corruption – those are the hallmarks and legacies of this adminstration (and the awful debt the democrats will have to fix, once again).
Not to mention the supposed “greatest health care in the world” – what a joke!

It’s what the Prime Minister of the state of Isreal stated he thinks is going to happen sooner of later, whether he or you or I or the Iranians or Jane Whats-Her-Name’s dog’s flea contingent or the Great Golden Pumpkin wants it to or not. Even some of the most conservative Israeli Jews (you know, the folks who actually live there) know the present situation isn’t sustainable. The Palestinian “homeland” is so chopped up that maintaining a viable state within its boundaries doesn’t make any sense. Either the two factions are going to have to learn to get along up close and personal with each other, or they’ll just keep killing one another until the few of whichever group is left gets to claim the hollowest of victories.
