Being on a battlefield years ago made me cynical about war, military “solutions,” and lying governments; and thinking about those issues is useless, because it never changes anything.
The VA evaluated what was left of my ability to feel and then awarded me a 100% disability rating. Don’t blame me for this; the Vietnam War did it to me. The benefit schedule is here; and I’m also eligible for free medical care at VA facilities, and I get a free car license tag from the state (meaning I don’t pay RTA taxes on my primary vehicle).
