I’m more of a tea person than coffee. But the other day, I needed a bigger jolt of caffeine so I made myself a big, strong pot of coffee. Then I masked up and went out.

Let me tell you folks, I cracked a code. It turns out that the anti mask folks just have stink breath. It was annoying for one day, but imagine living with it every time you leave the house. Not worth killing your neighbors and spreading a disease, but still. Yuck.

It also explains the people who keep taking their mask off, and then putting it back on when people approach. Gotta loose some of that stink.

Still, no matter how stinky your breath, you have to wear a mask. And wash your hands right now.

    Let’s say the D’s win both Georgia senate seats, and Biden goes ahead and nominates Tanden, and she’s confirmed — after a series of impassioned speeches by offended GOP senators — on a 50-50 vote with Harris casting the tiebreaker. That would be doubly delicious, wouldn’t it?

    Or suppose the D’s win only one Georgia senate seat, but Biden nominates Tanden anyway, and she’s confirmed because just one GOP senator decides (a) she’s qualified and (b) even Democratic presidents should be allowed to govern — and it takes only one — and Doctor Dumbfuck has a nervous breakdown, that would be triply delicious.

    1. Chris Krebs, the fedcral election cyber security chief whom Trump fired for calling the election secure, is going to sue the Trump lawyer who said he should be shot.

    2. A Republican election official in Georgia angrily demanded that death threats against election workers stop, and blasted Trump and Georgia’s two GOP senators for staying silent about it.

    3. Court filings revealed the existence of a secret FBI investigation of someone who was trying to buy a pardon from Trump for an unnamed federal inmate by donating cash to the Trump campaign or a PAC. A lawyer’s office was raided and roughly 50 devices containing emails were seized.

    4. Sleazy Bill Barr secretly took steps to entrench Dunham as a special prosecutor after Trump leaves (or is evicted from) office.

    5. Barr declared that DOJ didn’t find enough fraud to overturn the election results. Given that DOJ hasn’t charged anyone with voting fraud, the underlying facts must be that DOJ found NO fraud, and this is just an artful way of saying that in a way that lets Trump supporters believe there was a lot of fraud, just not enough to overturn the election in court. (Note that if they found NO fraud, that would not be enough to overturn the election in court.)
