Answer this question Piper and maybe someday I’ll buy you a piece of pizza:
You support George W. Bush.
Do you support George W. Bush’s use of torture?
4
Whatis that awful sound?spews:
a syllogism:
Bush tortures human beings and kills civilians.
Piper knows this yet supports Bush.
Therefore Piper supports and enables torture and the killing of civilians!
Hmmm…The way the original offer is worded, it implies that whoever buys you the ‘za gets to create the post:
“…how much a post at Horse’s Ass would cost.”
A lot of merchants – electronics stores a prime example – have had a lot of grief come their way for less. I remember one, Silo, long since out of business probably for too many of these stunts, that advertised some popular item for 99 bananas.
Every outlet in the area was bombarded by people toting 99 pieces of fruit, and the store was obligated to honor its ad and effectively become a wholesaler of produce.
BTW…how are the pies at MAH? As good as the ones at the old Northlake Tavern? One prominent HA Happy Hooligan has sub silento invited me to DL, and I just might take him up on it…I’ll go anywhere for a decent slice.
In my neighborhood, a place called Pizza Bank has been turning them out for 25-years. Called that because the building used to be a bank, it draws patrons from many miles away.
Curious…how much pie does it take to fill Will before a filled Will is ill in need of a pill?

Ah…the Northlake. Brings back memories from my college days, and the years I worked for the UW after that. Also from when my bride was in labor with our first child, and the labor room nurse turned out to be John Hinterberger’s wife Kathy. A raging argument then ensued as to whether the pizza at Herb’s was really as good as Alice and I thought it was, or if our impression was biased by the fact that they made you wait a long time and filled you with great quantities of cheap beer.
You know…we returned to the Northlake after years of absence, and the ensuing exposure to many other ways of making a pizza. We still found the toppings more plentiful and tasty than you’d find just about anywhere else, but were reminded that their crusts are about as hard as tempered Masonite, and the whole thing didn’t taste all that good if allowed to get cold.
Those same days for me…Went there one time with a date after pimping Northlake pies through the roof only to be told the ovens were done for the evening! Bummer! And this from a bartender who, coincidentally, I’d worked with a few months before moving furniture (how I got through college).
Well, we sat for a few minutes bummed out, but then we found my furniture friend standing at the table with a pie in his hand. “It was a mistake,” he said, “and yours if you want it.” Sausage, pepperoni, onions, ‘shrooms, olives, peppers…the whole nine-yards!
For free!
Free food is always the best food!
But I don’t doubt the latter day assessment. In those days, Seattle’s idea of haute cuisine was 13 Coins and a fine vintage was anything corked in a bottle not made by Ernest & Julio Gallo or Mogen David.
Piper, if you’re serious about buying my services, this is how it works:

Hmmmm……How will I be assured that these funds will be used as advertised? I can get you a Pizza Bank pie, which will satisfy even the left side of your mouth, for well under $25:

My goodness Piper how you do go on. You called me a liar in the other thread for saying that by supporting Bush you support torture. Prove me a liar Piper! Tell me you oppose Bush’s torture of human beings and killing of civilians.
Definition: A tasty round flat braed coated with a succulent sauce (homemade simmered for 24 hours), light fragrant cheese and a few (not too much topping). The crust (hand tossed) must rise on the outside circumference not covered with sauce – preferably cooked in a brick oven at high temperature after being rolled off a cornmeal wooden palatte.
Good Pizza: Piecora’s is OK, Pagliaci is barely decent. East coast – try New York (Little Italy) or New Haven Ct. chicago style just doesn’t cut it.
Best Pizza place names:
Anything but anchovies
Warm beer and lousy food
Sally’s
Pepi’s
Git ya Hot Pitza heah!
You alleged I supported it, now you prove specifically where I said I did.
In the meantime, enjoy that padded cell!

If you want Will to explore your hypothesis, you have to pony up a pie…Otherwise keep your pie hole shut!

Therefore Piper supports torture.
Piper has written hundreds of words in response to my direct questions as to his stand on torture.and called me many names including a liar. Yet Piper does not have the balls to simply state whether he supports torture or opposes it. Obviously through his support of Bush he does support torture. But even windbag Piper knows that to admit it he will reveal himself to be the amoral person that he is. Piper thinks he is a great patriot. He so lacks self-awareness that he doesn’t realize that he is helping Bush destroy what is great about this country.

Within conservative context, Bush has been a lousy President: Not near enough border control, too much kow-towing to Red China. But, he has been better than anyone w/ a -D- next to their name against Muslim extremism.
Waterboarding as torture? Hell, any kid who ever grew up around kids and a pool has been subjected to that feeling. Torture is what the Muslims did to Nick Berg. Americans have done NOTHING LIKE THAT!
