You what always amazes me about the Publican turds? They claim to be pro-life, yet they don’t care how much tax money we spend killing people in Iraq – and they go ape-shit at the thought of spending $50 to help cure the sick little kid on welfare who they claim they don’t want to see aborted. You must have to be inbred by about three generations to be able to see the logic in that.
Gotta keep breeding new serfs.
Speaking of serfs, NBC News had a story tonight about the south Florida tourist industry’s labor problems. I can’t post excerpts because it’s video-only, but you can watch it on the MSNBC web site if you have a fast enough connection to download video. (I don’t; I saw it on free TV.)
It says hotels and other employers are bringing in foreigners on temporary visas because they can’t hire locals. Why? Because the local workers can’t afford to live in that area. Well, then, how can low-paid foreign workers afford it? Simple — the employers provide them with housing. Now the question is … why don’t they provide that same housing to American workers who can’t afford local housing?
Perhaps because there are other benefits to bringing in foreigners. One of which is, they don’t dare complain, because if they do, they lose not only their job but also their visa — and face involuntary deportation.
The CHEAP LABOR CONSERVATIVES strike again! I think we should all boycott the Florida tourist industry until they agree to pay living wages to Americans who need work and stop importing foreigners to fill those jobs.
Of course, Daddy has a health plan! We go to the hospital every time we get hung over. I was there yesterday. And you serfs pay for it!
You gotta wonder how much money the Bushies spend keeping the twin whores out of jail and rehab.
