Tactics such as threats of impeachment, actual impeachment and the seeking of revenge by elements of both parties is not good for either party nor the United States. Assuming both parties manage to hold together as national parties then yes eventually the Democrats will get a majority in congress and even take the White House. Having a single party in power can happen in the US and that party could choose to use totalitarian means to maintain power. That is a clear fear of many Americans today. Many are fearful and there are some videos that express this fear and some that fan the fears., There are many that are based on military convoys that maybe part of exercises. It’s summer the guard always does convoys this time of the year. Whether there are more convoys than usual I don’t know, but some folks are out there fearful that these convoys, military vehicles on trucks and trains has some Americans frightened we are going to war.
So maybe some of the need for political revenge is just a big alarm going off to Americans that something is wrong and both parties are blowing up.
If Democrats don’t get something together they will not win back the House. And the Republicans will gain a bigger majority in the Senate. And our state legislature will show even more signs of being unable to govern regardless of party. This whole lets play chicken with the budget and finally pass something that we hope the Governor signs in total is bullshit, and we don’t know yet if the State Supreme Court will say good enough for government workers or not. What fun. Doubt any legislators are getting any thumbs up except for the lunatic fringe who thing the world is ending in August. To be replaced to September if the world ending event doesn’t happen, just get postponed again. These true believers are just like Iranian Revolutionary Guard members. Only one maybe able to deal with the Iranians.
Will “fully funding education” mean the kids will actually come out of school with the skills and knowledge to function in society? Will the taxpayers get their money’s worth?
If my children (who are now in their late 20’s) used phones I paid for to post the BS the current president posts, I would confiscate those phones and ground them. My children were and are more mature than this fool.

@9 Both parties have flaws, but they are not equally flawed; one is much worse than the other. In a world where perfection is unattainable, responsible voters know what to do.
Just to keep things in perspective as we approach our country’s birthday, the fact Republicans have a constitutional right to be wrong doesn’t mean they’re right.

Great job of avoiding the question. For the record, I have three degrees from good schools in different states. If you paid anything at all for your education, you should get a refund because you didn’t learn much.
The teachers want more money when they aren’t producing a quality product. What they all need (especially the thugs at the WEA) is to get jobs in the private sector and see how they like it when they get fired for not producing. That would be their “Come to Jesus””moment of understanding.
