Personally, I’m tired of hearing about Israel and its problems. Israel is not part of the US, and the US has done quite enough to help Israel.

Yesterday I read the article about the kid with the Trump T-shirt worn in the high school picture that was photo shopped out. I knew very well one of my conservative relatives by marriage would post it (only I thought it would be an article from Briebart, but he posted from Yahoo News). Called it! Didn’t take long.
I wanted to ask him what would have happened if the kid was schooled in a Catholic School an the “Trump” text was written in the stolen Rainbow colors…..me thinks Betsy Devos would have expelled him personally, right after sending the tax dollars over there.
Me thinks that there should be no tax subsidized public or private schools in this Country. You want to responsibly care for your children the pay for the own education….don’t expect me to do it

Whether or not public dollars should go to private schools has nothing to do with any of this.
I don’t believe tax dollars should go to private schools. I base this on the Progressive idea that state and local government has an intrinsic obligation to support public schools, and not undermine the financing of public schools. Parents are free to pay out of their pocket for private school. I like Presidents like Jimmy Carter who send their children to public school.
While I support first amendment rights of expression and have some concerns about school uniforms I do recognize why school administrators would institute school uniforms, and would administer such a program.
Frogs in the school marms desk drawer definitely cool.
@8 Guess you will have to keep being tired, and your tax dollars will keep going to Israel whether it is a Republican or Democrat in the White House. Please write your Congress person though. Not likely they will wax about Israel at the State Fair, but they got to mention it at Synagogues and Mosques and some churches. Some of those people do vote.
