Do you enjoy finding all the Hypocrisy of the homophobic bible thumpers that scream gay relationships are wrong because it’s in the bible and THEY FOLLOW the Bible, but they ignore every other commandment in the bible like help thy neighbor, feed the poor and don’t commit adultery or wear clothes of two fibers?

@5 The biggest one of all they ignore is “thou shalt not kill.” The only thing they’d like more than to kill all the homosexuals is kill all the liberals.

Of course, if you really want to be among those called “chosen,” I am sure there are many religions … other than the Jews … who would welcome you.
If you do make such a choice among those claiming to be chosen, ask yourself what this group was chosen for.

Well, God, never said I wanted to be in the club. I was asking about your referring to a particular group of humans as Your Chosen ™, and how so many billions of others show ceaseless fealty to you, and yet they are not “chosen”
Or am I not addressing the Almighty? Does that make you (merely) the thunder god created by some Near Eastern Neolithic pagans, and later adopted by the Bronze Age Jews (much to their detriment, you seem to be claiming) – but not the infinite, omniscient, omnipotent source of the universe, as so many think of you?

“but not the infinite, omniscient, omnipotent source of the universe, as so many think of you?”
If I were truly omniscient then only by violating logic could I also be infinite.
Unless, by “omnipotent,” you believe I am also capable of knowing the unmeasurable.
If I were truly omniscient, then I would hardly be good.
Unless you think I am not a good God.
But only if you are good and omniscient can you understand such matters.

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able, and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able, nor willing?
Then why call him God?
God is back from the other side with a great new diet!! If God says it’s right, then it must be kosher.

Only if you assume you are good enough to judge Me.
Is he both able, and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Are you the judge of what is evil?
Is he neither able, nor willing?
Then why call him God?
Why does it matter what you call a dog, a gourd, or a photon?
I am what am, there is nothing more to Me than that.

I always liked the line from Fiddler on the Roof, where the main character is whining to God about his fate in life:

“…My chosen people…”
That’s right, God: the Jews are your chosen people, not us descendants of the barbarian tribes of Eurasia or other continents.
So, my Christian “friends,” why are you trying to hone in on God’s chosen people? You’d be better off returning to your Pagan roots rather than pretending you’re part of God’s chosen people. God’s chosen people are the Jews, not you folks.
Deathfrogg spews:
Jack Sprat could eat no fat
His wife could eat no lean
And so betwixt the two of them
They licked the platter clean
Jack ate all the lean,
Joan ate all the fat.
The bone they picked it clean,
Then gave it to the cat
Jack Sprat was wheeling,
His wife by the ditch.
The barrow turned over,
And in she did pitch.
Says Jack, “She’ll be drowned!”
But Joan did reply,
“I don’t think I shall,
For the ditch is quite dry.”.
Sounds like the GOP to me…

This was written for My chosen people, and them alone. And then, to serve thge goyem, you founded the McDonalds, The Food Channel and the FDA.

So all the other poor deluded souls who faithfully worship you are not Your Chosen People ™?
Sounds like unrequited love from a bad romantic novel.
