As an example, when Jesse Jackson, Jr. was being investigated by the House Ethics Committee, that investigation was halted when he was indicted.
Similarly, when POS Cori Bush is indicted by the DOJ, the Ethics Committee will halt its current investigation.
So there won’t be an opened House Ethics investigation of Cuellar, as the DOJ already has it in its court.

David Kustoff, TN-08 labored much over it, he took meetings from the groups involved and used limited time to reach out to members of the House and Senate to co-sponsor. There are thousands of these.
It’s mostly drudgery. That’s why you and I don’t do this shit.
