He’s definitely a strange individual with an unusual pre-occupation with children, but if there were proof that he was a molester it would have surfaced by now. He’s 46 years old. Something solid would have surfaced by now. There is no one on Jackson’s side, hardly, and even with the power of the state against him there was still no conviction. Do people want to convict him even if he’s not guilty of being anything except a weirdo.? You tell me.

There are a few more important things to concentrate on, how about the Murder Trial about to get underway in Mississippi for 3 murders in 1964. The press wants to talk about persecution, how about the murders of James Chaney, Andrew Goodman, and Michael Shwerner, who were just trying to get people the right to vote.

On a slightly related topic (and of more import to us, I’m guessing): The recall effort against Jim West can proceed based on one of the three allegations. The visiting judge ruled that he can be recalled on the grounds that he may have improperly used his office, but he threw out the allegations that he sought young men “for his own personal purposes” and that he damaged the city’s reputation.
Yes, it is nice to hear the recall effort agaisnt West can go forward. I must admit, I have to give credit where it is due, for this lady who is leading the charge. I heard she lost her job and no lawyer will help her. She has courage, which it seems the entire Spokane Legal Community seems to lack.

It is about time the State of Mississippi finally prosecuted someone for those brutal murders of James Chaney, Andrew Goodman, and Michael Schwerner back in 1964. Edgar Ray Killen is the first and only person that has been prosecuted on state murder charges in that case, even though several people were convicted of federal civil rights charges back in 1967.
Don’t blame the Republicans for this delay. Every single state Attorney General in Mississippi for over 100 years has been a Democrat. The same applies to the local District Attorneys serving Neshoba County (where the murders took place) — all of them have been have been Democrats as well for over 100 years.

!! UPDATE !! UPDATE !!
Liberalism is a mental disorder BUT now there is HOPE!
Scientists have grown fully mature brain cells in a laboratory for the first time, using a technique that mimics the natural process of brain regeneration.
It promises to open the door to new ways of treating and possibly curing debilitating brain diseases such as Liberalsim and Alzheimer’s (good for don/alan/cybil). lol
The scientists said they were able to produce virtually unlimited quantities of brains cells, which could revolutionise transplant medicine as well as leading to new drugs to stimulate the regrowth of damaged nerves. hmmm, Terri Schaivo could possibly have been improved.
Bjorn Scheffler, a neuroscientist at Florida University (Terri Schindlers home) who made the breakthrough, said the procedure involved mimicking the natural process through which key stem cells in the brain orchestrate partial regeneration of the brain.
“Our study shows for the first time the entire process that goes on in our brain for life. We can, in a dish, recapture the process in front of our eyes,”
LOLOLOL, democrats brians in a dish. Good one. Sorry off topic but it’s not like your comment counter is uh, at a high number these days and everyone is SICK of MJ anyway.

If this is true, I have to wonder if the source of cellular material comes for the dreaded “stem cells”!?! Scientist have proven for some time now that the use of stem cells can give them the ability to grow many specific cellular structures. Too bad the repukes are afraid of that. Funny thing coming from you, do you even know what is being said when you copy this info? Not likely, I suppose.

I know that the Southerners that delayed the justice were Democrats. I know that they were Democrat in places like Georgia and Mississippi until recently, because they still held a grudge with the GOP over the Civil War or something like that.
Also, it was a Southern Democrat who decided since it was the FBI that did all the work in the investigation, that it would be prosecution on Federal Charges of violating the victims’ Civil Rights. A law that had been on the books since reconstruction, but never enforced.
