My initial thought was West Virginia state capitol bldg – but that’s not right.
It has a rather grand facade attached to a utilitarian, even shabby, main building.

One of my first thoughts was to find a building named after Sen. Byrd. There are a ton in WV, but only a few had Bird’s Eye Views. This view has nothing to do with Sen. Byrd.
