I never knew there were so many golf domes – I’m finding dozens and dozens in MI, NY, OH, IL, WI – too many to crunch through right now.
There are lots of these, especially in the Upper Midwest and the central provinces of Canada, where golf courses are under snow for half the year. You know how golfers are — they can’t stand to leave their golf clubs in the closet for months. Gotta get their jollies hitting little balls around inside giant climate controlled balloons. How much fossil fuel does it take to heat those things? Humans are weird, but I suppose that’s better than spending their time playing war games. Sheesh. When do they find time to reproduce?

I used to work at the one between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti when I was at U of M. I drove the golf ball scooper while the EMU golf team would try to hit me with low drives.
@8 I saw that one! It was on a list of Michigan golf centers (that included whether there was a dome or not) that I found and worked through, before giving up.
