Last week’s contest was won by Deathfrogg, who identified the building, and Two Dogs, who found the link. It was the Whatcom Museum in Bellingham.
This week’s contest is related to something in the news from November, good luck!

Crossed Streets of Hillsbourough Loop Drive, Hanger Loop Drive and Oleander Drive..
When I saw the Palm Trees, I knew it had to be something with the Petraeus Imbroglio, so I just looked up MacDill AFB, but it took me some time to find the right building, I was fixated on another building on Palm Dr and Cypress Strand. The roof colors made me think I was on the right track..

Yeah, when I looked at this picture, I realized right away it had something to do with Petraeous, and I recognized it was NOT Jill Kelley’s deliinquently-mortgaged manse, and I didn’t think it was Broadwell’s house, so it’s gotta be Petraeous’s shack. Boy, what a crew this cast of characters is — a pair of horny four-stars; the debt-ridden social climber; the hyper-ambitious biographer/surgeon’s wife who’s apparently bent on sleeping her way to the top of … what? What do you sleep your way up to, when married to a rich doctor, and writing a book about a famous general? Hell, I guess you just make him infamous by spreading your legs, then you’ve got something to write about, and zillions of people will buy your book and you’ll be rich and famous and have your own reality TV show. Shit, I wish I’d thought of that.

If you zoom out a couple of steps, the target house turns into an empty lot, and a smaller house appears across the street. Imagine there’s constant construction at a military base.

This empty lot on a larger scale, threw me off. I switch to Google Maps, to see if I could find the building, or a different perspective. I found it, and while zooming on Bing maps, it showed up.
I was pretty sure that I was in the right neighborhood because of the roof colors, and being a military base, they were probably all the same roof color, while those in off base housing had a different roof colors. The landscaping looks like military bases unimaginative and over use of sit down lawn mowers.

Look for all of this a few years hence to become part of some sort of shopping mall, such as has happened to the old Naval Training Center in San Diego (or as it’s now called, “Liberty Station”).
Bert Chadick spews:
@#4 obviously it is some sort of Obama designed disappearing sex and treason house. Alert Fox!

Good win!
