Well, I see a waterfront hotel, tour boats, and a parking garage. Wherever this is, people there drive cars. The architectural style looks American, but more east coast than west coast. Look for a city with a waterfront redevelopment project and check out whether it has a tour boat operation. Wild guess — Boston or Baltimore?
