Looks like a movie ranch in California. The reason I say California is because of the vegetation, weather, and soil color; the reason I say movie ranch is because of the absence of cars in the photo, which indicates it’s a set used for making films. Maybe George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch, or his adjacent Big Rock Ranch, in Marin County — those are the California movie ranches I’m most aware of.

The building architecture is a clue, as is its construction. It doesn’t look like a historic building such as an old mission. The design and materials look contemporary. You might see a recently-built commercial building that looks like this, an upscale restaurant for example, or maybe a real estate sales office. Or it could be a fancy-shmantsy themed private residence — a celebrity’s or 0.01%-er’s home. But it has a movie set feel. What’s that walled courtyard at the left for? It doesn’t look functional. What about that drive-through area between the street and building that has no parking spaces? And it does look like a vehicle area, not landscaping, as it has an outlet to the street. In fact, you don’t see vehicle parking anywhere on the property. Also, this view looks like the backside of the building, as I don’t see an entry door. It’s an unusual building on unusual grounds, when you think about it. Whatever it is, it’s a special-purpose property with “show” characteristics.
It’s the Phoenician Golf Club, in Scottsdale.
I thought the location looked like Arizona, and the rich quarter of Phoenix is Scottsdale, so I looked there for a golf club with a road curving round like that, and lo and behold, there it was. Then googled for a while with the name of the golf club, and “filmed” or some such word, & found the movie.

I was right, it was used as a movie location. It has that “look.” It wasn’t built for that purpose, but is the sort of facility that would (and did) attract the eye of a location scout. I’ve never seen “Raising Arizona,” so I didn’t recognize it.
Re: last week’s pic. I -thought- there was a sign on one of the buildings, but couldn’t make out what it was saying; getting slightly closer with the official answer, I finally worked out it reads “Leighton”; it’s the corporate headquarters of a contracting company of the same name.
And yeah, everyone should see Raising, Arizona once in their life.

Good win. Caught Raising Arizona again on cable a few weeks back. Love that movie.
