Last week’s contest was won by Budget Wonk. It was the Ozar Hatorah school in Toulouse, France where a gunman killed three children and a teacher last month.
Here’s this week’s contest, which is a random location somewhere in the world, good luck!

It’s a football stadium with a non-retracting roof across the street from what appears to be a TV station. That should narrow it down a bit.
It’s not an NFL stadium, so maybe it’s a soccer stadium, somewhere in the English-speaking world. Or maybe it’s a college stadium in the U.S.

Good win!
Wow, damn good thing you were so confident and on top of this one…LMFAO…
@5 I love being hated by your ilk. It makes me feel good.
@2 the soccer goal is a clue about that.
And the region is narrowed down by the Continente store.
Google “Continente” and “stadium”, and it’s about the third entry.

You have good eyes. I cropped the picture and couldn’t quite read what it said.
@8 I thought it looked like their logo, and began & ended in the right letters. I suppose I could’ve taken the picture to NCIS and had Abby click “enhance” to sharpen the letters.
I didn’t recognize the soccer goal because I wasn’t expecting the field to be laid out in that direction (vertically from the screen shot view). Assuming it was an American-style football field, I expected it to be laid out in the other direction (horizontally in the screen-shot view). Good way to pick a picture, it reminds us to question our assumptions and take a larger world-view.
