  5. It’s actually not the Highlands, but a portion of Broadview. If you draw a line west from the intersection of 3rd NW & NW 145, out to Puget Sound, this would be the border between Shoreline and Seattle. North of that line is the Highlands. South of it is not, and you can can drive down any of those streets, as opposed to the Highlands, with 24-hour guards preventing you from entering.
