Last week’s contest was won by wes.in.wa. It was St. Louis, where a Deputy U.S. Marshall was killed in a shootout with a man he was trying to take into custody.
Here’s this week’s contest, just a random location somewhere in the world. Good luck!

Is that some sort of pipeline?
Me thinks Berlin. But where???
I’ve seen similar piping in Berlin
#1 It is a pneumatic tube system for moving pedestrians safely through intersections.
@5 If only we could do that for cars, we’d have one more viaduct alternative to argue about.
Leipzig, Berliner Strasse. (Googled “pair of blue pipes”, then looked for a major arterial crossing a railroad or overpass).
@6
