@1&2: Good find! (I get links by clicking the envelope icon at the lower left of the page, then copying the link from that, while the image is on the screen. The link in the address bar at the top of the browser is often an image I’d started from, well before finding the right spot.)
Is there a list of what places have Bird’s Eye? Not that it would have helped, I scanned around College Place for awhile after @1 posted and still didn’t find it.
@5 There should be a list at http://bevcoverage.atspace.com/ — but they seem to have been shut down due to catching a virus. There’s also a plug-in for Google Earth that isn’t functional today — might be it links to the same site, I don’t know.

Strange that you can’t view an overlay on Bing Maps itself that highlights all the area available in bird’s eye view, though. There oughta be an app for that.
