Recovery from the Reagan Republican Recession is predicted to start easing up Q4 2009 in 4-5 states. Balance of the country begins to recover in Q1 & Q2 2010.
Hmmmmmmm . . . just in time for the elections. And the Dems will be able to remind EVERYONE about the Republicans who stood in the way of the economic stimulus bill that saved America from certain financial ruin.
And, standing in the way of getting health care for all.

Naaaaah. There’s hardly a dent been made in it yet. Not that it wouldn’t have been a helluva lot worse a helluva lot sooner if the crooks-and-shysters’ party had kept the White House and regained control of Congress. Nonetheless, there are still plenty of things going tick-tick-tick out there that are going to blow away anybody’s false optimism in short order. The fact that a quarter of a million Americans, many of them a hairs’ breadth away from losing their jobs, just got snookered into buying new cars is just one example of how screwed up we really are.
When all this blows up, the roobs are more than likely to put the Evil Empire back in charge.
