So, it looks like Rev. Franklin Graham is going the Pat Robertson lunatic route. His father was a virulent anti-semite who played the politics of race and religious bigotry out of both sides of his mouth for most of his career, so I suppose the nut really doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Pat Robertson has always said crazy shit, and the older he’s gotten, the crazier he sounds if that could be possible. But Billy Graham at least tried to sound somewhat reasonable when speaking in a place where his words might be recorded. I guess Billy’s kid would rather go through life being laughed at by playing to the extremists and low-intelligence set. Comedy is much more lucrative I guess.
